- Account Information: When you register, we store your email address and a cryptographically salted password hash.
- Journal Reflections & Habits: Personal daily reflections, habit tracking records, morning affirmations, and mood logs you choose to store.
- Voice Recordings: Audio captured during voice-to-text journaling. Recordings are processed securely for transcription and are never used for advertising.
- Profile Photos: Optional profile images you choose to upload.
- Push Notification Tokens: Anonymous device tokens used exclusively to send your opted-in daily reminder notifications and streak celebrations.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your personal data is used solely to provide and improve your experience:
- Powering your personalized journaling, habit tracking, and reflection history.
- Securely syncing your journal entries across your authorized devices.
- Verifying in-app subscriptions with Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat.
- Delivering timely morning and evening reflection reminders (which you can toggle off at any time in Settings).
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We work only with vetted, enterprise-grade third-party infrastructure providers:
- Apple & Google: Securely process in-app purchase payments. We never see or store payment details.
- RevenueCat: Subscription state and receipt verification.
- Cloud Storage: Encrypted storage for optional profile images.
- Expo Push Services: Secure notification transport.
4. Data Privacy & Zero Advertising
Your reflections are sacred. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share your personal journal entries or private reflections with data brokers or advertising networks. All communication between the App and backend is encrypted using modern TLS (HTTPS) protocols.
5. Your Rights & Account Deletion (GDPR & CCPA)
Full Control Over Your Data: You have the unconditional right to access, export, or permanently delete your account and all associated journal records at any time directly within the App via Profile > Settings > Delete Account, or by emailing support@dreamwoman.app.

We may periodically update this policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
